How long have you been involved in Student Ministries?

6 years as a Youth Coach & a little over 1 year on full time staff

When and how did you become a Christian?

I grew up in a Christian home & was blessed to go to a Christian School for 9 years. When I was 13 I accepted Christ during a Chapel Service at school & then I was baptized when I was 16

What is a little known fact about you?

I have walked along the Great Wall of China

What is your worst high school or middle school memory?

My team getting completely crushed at the Volleyball State Tournament. Almost half the high school came to watch and it was humiliating!

What is your favorite high school or middle school memory?

During my Senior year, the Junior class & Senior class met in classrooms divided by a moving divider. Before class one morning, we completely switched classrooms including all the desks, furniture, & students. Our teachers were not happy! hee, hee

Do you have any pets?

No way, Jose! Ugh, never. Well, I did have a one armed pet frog named Prince Charming who recently died.

What is your favorite book of the Bible?

My favorite OT book is Hosea & favorite NT book is Colossians

What is your favorite flavor of Eegee’s?

Man, can I have two? Black Raspberry & Pina Colada. But if I had to pick just one…Black Raspberry

How many broken bones or stitches have you had?

0 broken bones. 28 stitches in my head when I was 4 & pulled the mailbox over, and 16 stitches in my finger

Favorite drama - Million Dollar Baby Favorite comedy - Major Payne

What is your most memorable Student Ministries experience?

Girls wrestling match at the high school 2005 CIY Summer Conference. It was awesome to see the girls lay the smack down!

What is your favorite vacation spot?

But I have so many!! Umm…Vail, CO; Washington D.C.; Taos, NM

What kind of car do you drive?

An awesome emerald green Honda Civic with a sun roof! Yeah, baby!

What is your favorite kind of candy?

Reese’s Peanut Butter miniature cups

What is your favorite music genre?

I like Celion Dion, Sarah McLauchlin, Chris Tomlin, Third Day & The David Crowder Band. What genre are they in?

What is your favorite kind of bug?

Favorite bug?!?! Who likes bugs? That’s disgusting. If I have to choose, I would say a lady bug.
